‘BOOKS FOR LOVE @ $10’ aims to promote a love of reading in a green and affordable way whilst contributing to a meaningful cause. It involves collecting secondhand books donated by the public, which were then sorted into categories by volunteers and sold at a charity price of HK$10 each.
Held for the tenth year running, this year we are launching our first-ever online charity book sale platform for the public to preorder the books for children and youths via our website. By launching initiatives such as ‘Editors’ choice’ and ‘Gift a Book’ charity donation, we are keen to spread the joy of reading to more children.
